Your privacy matters. Here is how Yorker handles your data.

What data we store

• Account information — Name, email, and cricket profile
• Coaching conversations — Your chat history with AI coaches
• Analysis data — Photos you upload and the resulting pose analysis
• Usage data — Basic analytics to improve the platform

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your photos or conversations for advertising
• We do not share your individual data with team admins (only aggregate stats)

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of all your data
• Correct — Update inaccurate information
• Delete — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent — Opt out of specific data processing activities

Downloading your data

Go to Settings → Privacy → Download my data to receive a copy of all your information, including chat history, analysis results, and profile data. We will prepare the export and email you a download link.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security
• Authentication uses secure one-time codes — no passwords stored
