“Unmetered” means no monthly cap, not unlimited compute — every paid plan carries a daily fair-use ceiling, and past it the coach keeps answering on a faster, lighter model rather than stopping.
They are not a bigger Elite. Coach (10 seats) and Academy (25 seats) buy a shared workspace: your players talk to the AI coach in one place, you can read those conversations, team lessons sit alongside them, and coaching, tools, research and video are pooled across the group under fair use instead of rationed per person. Each member still brings their own personal plan for individual features like mental training, so a squad is a team plan plus whichever personal plans its players are on.
